Returns Policy
At Gorgeous Roses LTD, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return the item(s) in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange if you prefer.
Return Instructions
- Packaging and Sending: The item(s) must be returned in the condition they were received, not planted out, and still in the original pots supplied by Gorgeous Roses. We recommend you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods like Evri, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Include Details: Alongside your return, please include a cover letter explaining the reason for the return, your order number, and the original invoice (Use our contact page here). Send your parcel to:

Faulty or Incorrect Items
- Reporting Issues: If the item you received is faulty or incorrect, please contact customer care via the contact page, providing your order number, name, address, and details of the product. We will guide you on the next steps, including whether a replacement is needed or if you are required to dispose of the faulty item.
- Plants: Please note that plants are living products and are excluded from our faulty/ wrong item policy. Minor transit damage like snapped twigs or leaves does not constitute a fault. If your plants are damaged or incorrect upon delivery, notify us within 14 days so we can address and resolve any issues.
Distance Selling Regulations
- Cancellation Rights: Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase for any non-perishable item. Cancellations must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery and sent to our address. The items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of cancellation.
Additional Policies
- Non-Returnable Items: Items like certain potted roses, or products on sale, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged, missing, or incorrect.
- Shipping Fees: We do not cover return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless you return an entire order, in which case we reimburse the original delivery cost where applicable.
- Refunds: If a discount was applied to your original order, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
