About Gorgeous Roses

Distinctive roses. Beautiful gardens. Something worth growing.

Sometimes, one rose is all it takes to spark a new interest: an unexpected colour, beautifully striped petals, or a fragrance that makes you stop and take notice.

At Gorgeous Roses, that sense of discovery is at the heart of our collection. We are a UK-based online rose specialist, offering bare-root and seasonally available potted rose plants for delivery across the UK mainland.

Whether you are planting your first rose or making room for another favourite, we want to help you find a variety you will enjoy growing.

Roses with character

We love roses with something individual about them: rich burgundy blooms, soft apricot shades, lavender tones, contrasting petals and memorable fragrance.

Our collection brings together elegant Hybrid Teas, colourful Floribundas, climbing roses and characterful shrubs. Alongside familiar favourites, you will find varieties for gardeners who enjoy discovering something a little different.

Explore our Striped & Two Tone Roses for distinctive patterns and colour combinations, or browse our Hybrid Tea Roses for classic flower forms and varieties suited to cutting.

Find a rose for your space

A rose should suit the way you garden, as well as the colours you love.

Perhaps you want clustered flowers for a mixed border, a fragrant rose near a seating area, or a climber to train over an arch. You may have a dedicated rose bed, a small courtyard or space for one generous patio pot.

Our Floribunda Roses offer varieties with clustered blooms, while our Climbing Roses provide options for adding height and colour to suitable garden supports.

Check each product page for the variety’s expected size, fragrance, flowering habit and growing requirements.

Bare-root and potted roses

Our range follows the planting seasons.

Bare-root roses are supplied during the dormant season, with their roots free of a pot and surrounding compost. They normally arrive without flowers and may have little or no foliage. This is a natural part of dormancy; the photographs show the variety during its flowering season.

Potted roses are available seasonally, subject to stock. They are supplied growing in a container, with their appearance depending on the time of year.

The product page explains the format you are ordering and any applicable pre-order or dispatch information. Please check these details before purchasing, as availability and dispatch periods can differ between varieties.

Clear information, thoughtful choices

Choosing a rose involves more than choosing a photograph.

We aim to make our product information useful, with details about flower colour, fragrance, approximate mature height and the form in which your plant is supplied.

Roses are living plants, so their colour, growth and flowering will vary with the season, position and care. Some varieties have a strong perfume; others are grown primarily for their colour or flower shape. We want you to choose with those differences in mind.

If you have a question about a variety or an order, please contact us.

Discover your next favourite rose
